Sports Performance Director and Cross-Training Instructor

Quinn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who holds experience as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. He is also a certified athletic trainer who has 8 years of experience working in sports medicine at the collegiate level. His combined knowledge for movement efficiency, physical adaptations to exercise, and injury prevention provides a valuable coach's eye to his athletes, clients, and patients.

Alyssa Reavis

Yoga and Cross-Training Instructor

Alyssa has been teaching yoga for over a year now with most of her experience in a hot studio. She loves most to focus on creative sequencing in Vinyasa styled classes. Here in the altitude room she will focus on power/strength yoga, mobility, and recovery. She will take her passion of creative sequencing into functional movement that stretches you, challenges your passive and active range of motion, and strengthens your body. She is excited to guide you in your journey of yoga!
