Are there classes or services for newcomers without prior altitude training experience?
Yes. We have plenty of options for you. Not only do we offer an altitude range of up to 20,000 feet, but we also offer yoga and cross-training floor space, as well as classes.
Do you offer a discount for purchasing multiple classes?
Yes. We offer discounts on packs of eight classes.
Can I bring my child with me to class?
We ask that you do not bring your children to class as we do not offer child care, and the training studio can be a liability for kids.
Do I have to wear a mask on my face?
No. The entire room is at altitude.
Is it only for elite athletes?
No. Altitude training is great for people of all experience levels. It has been shown to help with weight loss, recovery from injury, strength, mobility, and cardiovascular performance. Anyone can take advantage of this unique training experience.
How many classes should I attend?
For the best results, we recommend scheduling 3-4 classes per week.
