Cross-Training Classes Spokane, WA

Oxygen Strength

Improved muscle endurance training while simultaneously increasing development of red blood cells (capillarization). The key to this class is that its full body strength circuits have been designed to complement hypoxic training (low oxygen level) to elicit a powerful increase in strength stamina. The performance boost from this class will help take your fitness to the next level.

Oxygen Mobility

Address common areas of mobility restriction with PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) to unlock optimal physical performance in sport. This class is designed to increase joint specific range of motion in the ankles, knees, hips, lower back, shoulders, and wrists to facilitate body movement required in sports and exercise. Combined with hypoxic training (low oxygen levels), this class will be a potent catalyst for improved mind-body focus, endurance, and athletic mobility.
