How To Train

At the Oxygen Altitude Training Studio, we offer a high-intensity training experience for high school athletes, college teams, professional athletes, running clubs, triathlon clubs, MMA teams, and beyond in Spokane. Choose from self-led or instructor-led training--whatever works best for you. We’ll teach you how to increase your load capacity and endurance by helping your body find new ways to cope with the stress of intensive training at an altitude of up to 20,000 feet. At our studio, you can train for anything, from mountaineering, football, swimming, cycling, and skiing to cross country running, triathlons, and much more.
