Our Core Principles

Here at the Oxygen Altitude Training Studio, we offer a one-of-a-kind training experience that goes far beyond your everyday workout in Spokane. We provide 700 square feet of floor space (at altitude) for cross-training and yoga, and high-altitude training at a range of up to 20,000 feet. Typically, only pro athletes have access to this kind of training, but now, we’re bringing it to everyone, helping you reach maximum strength, mobility, and recovery.
